Creating Accountability with Measurement

Description: Creating Accountability with Measurement training teaches supervisors how to create a system of performance measurements that establish emotional ownership and accountability in employees. The training seeks to accomplish the following objectives:

• Participants will be able to co-create a system of accountability that leads employees, rather than punishes them
  

• Participants will understand and be able to establish appropriate empowerment structures in their departments so that all employees will have the opportunity to be empowered
  

• Participants will be able to create performance measures which effectively transfer emotional ownership for results to individual employees and/or teams.
