Designed
to provide personal attention, feedback, and
individually tailored development to each person in
preparation for advancement in leadership. The
Executive Coach serves as a collaborative partner to
identify unique strengths, address skill issues, and
act as a guide and resource. The Coach listens,
challenges, encourages, and supports while working in
partnership with the client.
A
typical coaching commitment may consist of 4 hours per
month of direct contact via telephone, email, and/or
face-to-face meetings. In addition, 24/7 access is
provided for just-in-time coaching. Coaching fees are
determined by length of service, types of activities,
and level of interaction.

Degree Reviews
360
Degree Reviews utilize a multi-rater method
to obtain feedback on performance from a variety of
sources including peers, direct reports, indirect
reports, customers and/or
supervisors.
360 Degree Reviews result in a
better understanding of how a person is perceived from
different perspectives in the organization.
Furthermore, 360 Degree Reviews provide the necessary
feedback to help people identify and utilize their
strengths and recognize what behavioral changes may be
needed to enhance their leadership.
To conduct 360 Degree
Reviews, The Aslan Group uses The Leadership Profile, a
completely automated process for assessing the
leadership skills of those in an organization. This
instrument was designed and developed by The Aslan Group
and compares individual's scores with a national database.
An individual receives a 26
page profile which includes average scores, graphs,
participants' comments, and summaries
from the compiled data. The 360 Degree Review often
includes a follow-up coaching session.
