
Coaching
Coaching is designed to provide personal attention, feedback, and individually tailored development to each executive in preparation for advancement in leadership. A typical coaching commitment may consist of 4 hours per month of direct contact via telephone, email, and/or face-to-face meetings. In addition, 24/7 access is provided for just-in-time coaching. Coaching fees are determined by length of service, types of activities, and level of interaction.
The Executive Coach or Leadership Coach serve as a collaborative partner to identify unique strengths, address skill issues, and act as a guide and resource. The Coach listens, challenges, encourages, and supports while working in partnership with the client. Areas of focus may include the following:

Interview Coaching -- an area in which very focused training and development occurs to assist the client in performing effectively in an interview setting. The preparation typically includes a video-taped “mock” interview; individualized instruction and awareness raising; and, tips, techniques, and information on how to successfully interview and get a job offer.
Making Presentations -- coaching which centers on observing the client making presentations, video-taping, voice recording, and assisting in preparing the presentation and/or speech with the goal of being more effective in front of groups as a speaker, handling Q&A, and getting your message across in the best possible way.
Effective writing – coaching designed to assist with business writing and academic writing, including editing, composition, form and style, and all aspects of written communication.
Specialized needs – as each client has individual and unique needs as a leader, we can design a focused program of coaching to best address those areas of needed development.
